Register Your Designated Beneficiary Agreement

Before you can become Designated Beneficiaries legally, your form must be notarized and recorded with the county clerk in the county in which one of the two parties resides.

Then we need you to let us know that you’ve recorded your Designated Beneficiary Agreement.

There's no way to find out who becomes a designated beneficiary or why. We want to make sure the law is working for you and we need your help. Let us know if you’ve become beneficiaries to one another and why. It's quick and easy and we promise to keep you posted on news.
