Protect consumers and small business: SUPPORT HB-1355
Ask Governor Ritter to sign HB1355 and prohibit insurance companies from charging people who have been sick in the past more for the exact same health insurance.
The opposition - Big Insurance - is saying that Coloradans can afford to wait 3 years to fix this discriminatory policy as part of more comprehensive health care reform. But with rising health insurance costs and a growing number of uninsured, Coloradans can't afford to wait!
