35th Anniversary of Roe v Wade Rally (Rally)
Despite enduring years of attacks, the 1973 [Roe v. Wade] decision, which constitutionally protects a woman’s right to choose, still stands as the law of the land.
To celebrate Roe’s 35th anniversary, Colorado-based women’s rights groups and hundreds of their supporters will rally at noon Jan. 22nd on the west steps of the Capitol Building. Speakers include Nancy Keenan, President NARAL Pro-Choice America, and Senator Betty Boyd, Pro-Choice Champion in Colorado.
