From a friend, on the Andrews/Mitchell/Horowitz Conservative Faculty Quota Bill;
I just found out that the hearing is definitely postponed. Evidently
Mitchell is having trouble getting the votes to get the thing out of
committee. I also heard that the speaker doesn't like the bill either.
