Impeachment of Bush and Cheney via the States!

There IS a way to impeach Bush/Cheney without relying on the corrupt Republicans and spineless Democrats in Washington. Below is a letter I just sent to my representatives in the State House (including the fascist NeoCon, Owens [is that redundant?]). I encourage you and your friends to do the same. I heard about this on the Randi Rhodes show and she has some great links to help you compose your message (or just copy this one).

It is past time to punish the Bush Administration for their wrongs against the American People, the Iraqi People, and the World.

Please sponsor and or support a resolution calling for the impeachment of President George W. Bush AND Vice President Richard Cheney. The amendments reference Section 603 of Jefferson's Manual of the Rules of the United States House of Representatives allows federal impeachment proceedings to be initiated by joint resolution of a state legislature.

The resolution should call for impeachment based upon the Bush Administration
1) intentionally misleading the Congress and the American people regarding the threat from Iraq in order to justify an unnecessary war that has cost billions of dollars and thousands of lives and casualties; (i.e., no weapons of mass destruction and no relation to the terrorist attacks of 9/11)
2) exceeding constitutional authority to wage war by preemptively invading the sovereign country of Iraq;
3) exceeding constitutional authority by Federalizing the National Guard;
4) conspiring to torture prisoners in violation of the 'Federal Torture Act' and the Geneva Convention, and indicating intent to continue such actions;
5) spying on American citizens in violation of the 1978 Foreign Agency Surveillance Act; and indicating intent to continue such actions;
6) leaking and covering up the leak of the identity of Valerie Plame Wilson (and Brewster-Jennings), and thereby endangering the national security and
7) holding American citizens without charge or trial.

VERY Sincerely,

The more we keep the subject of impeachment on the front burner, the happier we're going to be with the results in November.

Very brilliant!

Damn, I love Randi! She is such a blessing to this country!!!

I'm definately sending out some letters.

Thanks for posting this!!! And thanks for joinging my 911Truth group! =) We should allow that to the list of reasons for impeachment... maybe if we actually knew what happened and why, impeachment would be in EVERYONE'S mind.
