Reality bites: Global Warming is Real

I know, I know...it's really freakin' cold outside.
But that doesn't change the fact that the planet is getting warmer. And you don't have to believe me or Al Gore on this. A report released yesterday by an international panel of scientists says, yes, in fact the planet is getting warmer. And yes, they added, it is likely the fault of us humans. So, in honor of our warming planet, I found a couple of videos to remind us of the plight we're in...in a humorous sort of way.

I'm developing a personal policy of not using "warming." It just feeds the arguments of the "flat-earth," scientific denial RadicalRightWingnuts (i.e., Tom Rosen, et.al.) when there's a snap of cold days. The implications of shifting climate pattersn are among the greatest consequences.
