Now Bush wants another $196 billion. Well, maybe if you give us an accounting for the last $400 Billion. To the penny. Where did it go? If you can't answer that, why should we believe you'll use this money wisely? Why hasn't the party of fiscal responsibility been asking this question for the last five years?
BTW if you pay a contractor, say "Blackwater" for example, huge sums of money without the process of a competitive bidding system, and you pay them with money from the patriotic taxpayers (Middle Class), the least they could do would be to pay taxes to the country that has been so generous to them. Not only do Blackwater make 5 times what the troops make, they don't even seem to want to support the troops with taxes. Why do they HATE AMERICA???
