Carol Kreck ILLEGALLY removed from public meeting
By Lal Wynstrom Jul 9th 2008 at 4:24 am EDT
Ms. Kreck's removal is, in part, about the upcoming DNC in Denver. More importantly it is about teaching Americans to submit to arbitrary, fiat authority that violates their civil rights, constitution, and way of life with impunity.

A true police officer, conscious of a citizen's rights, would have actually *refused* to removed someone like Ms. Kreck and would have counseled other authorities not to do so, citing the fact that she was not menacing or threatening in any way, but was simply exercising her right of free speech and assembly.

That this was not done once again shows that both law enforcement and other civilian authorities are being trained (not simply for the DNC) to see the People of this country as subjects- to be regulated, taxed, and commanded without assent to the rule of law and reason.

Furthermore, Ms. Kreck should have actually refused to leave, citing her 1st Amendment rights, that it was in fact *public property* paid for by her tax dollars, and that she would meet anyone (and especially civil authorities) who attempted to illegally remove, detain, or arrest her, in a court of law.

Unfortunately, this is how Americans are going to have to begin dealing with a fiat justice system that is continually in degradation of Natural Law and the Constitution on a daily basis.

Our Founding Fathers would be totally displeased.

Bull< she violated the law. She was removed because it was so. She will have her day in court. The old fart didn't even read the sign she was holding, she said so on the Caplis and Silverman radio show. She was used by you libbies. The bald dude in the suit let her go down because he didn't have the balls to do it himself. Where was the big tough NON-Vet Jim? He is so tough why didn't he grab the sign? Get a life!
